Customizing Your CSAT Survey

All CSAT survey customization is done through your HappyPanda dashboard:

  1. Go to Surveys and create or edit a survey
  2. In the Type section, select CSAT
  3. Choose your visual style (stars, emoji, thumbs, or hearts)
  4. In the Text section, customize the question text
  5. Enable follow-up question (optional)
  6. Preview and save

Best Practices

  1. Be specific: Ask about a specific interaction
  2. Timely: Send immediately after the experience
  3. Brief: Keep it to 1-2 questions max
  4. Actionable: Follow up on low scores
