Customizing Your CSAT Survey
All CSAT survey customization is done through your HappyPanda dashboard:
- Go to Surveys and create or edit a survey
- In the Type section, select CSAT
- Choose your visual style (stars, emoji, thumbs, or hearts)
- In the Text section, customize the question text
- Enable follow-up question (optional)
- Preview and save
Best Practices
- Be specific: Ask about a specific interaction
- Timely: Send immediately after the experience
- Brief: Keep it to 1-2 questions max
- Actionable: Follow up on low scores
