HappyPanda integrates with popular tools to help you act on feedback quickly. Get notifications, create issues, and send data to any system automatically.

Available Integrations

Slack

Get real-time feedback notifications in your team channels. See ratings, comments, and user info instantly.

Linear

Automatically create issues from feedback. Great for tracking bugs and feature requests.

Webhooks

Send feedback data to any HTTP endpoint. Build custom integrations with Zapier, Make, or your own systems.

Email

Receive feedback notifications and daily/weekly digests via email.

Quick Setup

  1. Go to Integrations in the main navigation
  2. Click Connect on the integration you want to enable
  3. Follow the authorization flow (for Slack/Linear)
  4. Configure your preferences
  5. Test the integration
  6. Save and start receiving notifications

Slack Integration

Get instant notifications when feedback is submitted.

Features:

  • Post to any public or private channel
  • Rich message formatting with ratings and feedback text
  • Interactive buttons to view in dashboard or create Linear issues
  • Customizable notification frequency

Message includes:

  • Survey type and name
  • Rating/score with visual indicator
  • User’s feedback text
  • User email (if provided)
  • Screenshot link (if captured)
  • Direct link to view in HappyPanda

Linear Integration

Turn feedback into actionable issues automatically.

Features:

  • Auto-create issues from negative feedback
  • Manual issue creation from dashboard

  • Priority based on score

Issue includes:

  • Title from feedback summary
  • Full feedback in description

Webhook Integration

Troubleshooting

Integration not working?

  1. Check connection status - Go to Integrations to verify the integration shows as “Connected”
  2. Re-authenticate - For OAuth integrations (Slack, Linear), try disconnecting and reconnecting
  3. Verify permissions - Ensure the connected account has proper permissions
  4. Test the integration - Use the “Test” button to send a sample notification
  5. Check for errors - Look for error messages in the integration settings
